Résumé: The article presents information related to the concept of translation. It is noted that while attempting to articulate a praxis and rhythm of a poetics of Relation, Glissant turned to translation in his later work. It is mentioned that the problematic nature of the politics of purity in Black Nationalism is encapsulated by a moment of translation for writer Paul Gilroy.
